Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Contract for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Contract for Administrative and Professional Services (CAPS)
February 16, 2007 - Stratecon announced that it has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract by DHS CBP to provide Administrative and Professional Services to the CBP Directorates. The contract includes the requirement for support in four functional areas. Those areas include Procurement Support, Financial Solutions, Organizational Consulting, and Administrative Support.

Washington, DC April 15, 2006 -- Stratecon announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) to provide business, acquisition, and contract administration support to the Marine Corps' Ground Transportation and Engineering Systems.
Stratecon will assist the Contracts (CT) Support Group in developing and implementing integrated and innovative business solutions to meet both the needs of warfighters/customers and the expectations of taxpayers.
MCSC is the principal Marine Corps entity responsible for all facets of weapons systems acquisition, life cycle management (inclusive of all budget and contracting functions), and post-development logistics support.
Stratecon will provide support in Draft Contract Documentation Preparation and Process Support; Contract Administration Support (Pre and Post award); Assist in Conducting Marke Analysis; and Conducting Cost/Price Analyses.
The contract calls for Stratecon to develop high quality procurement documentation to support both competitive and noncompetitive acquisitions. To develop sound business strategies, Stratecon will draw on its knowledge of procurement statues, regulations, policies, procedures, and experience with various types of contracts. The procurement actions will vary and may have short-term or time sensitive lead times.
As a result of Stratecon support, MCSC will be better able to plan and execute acquisition requirements, comunicate those needs to industry, execute the legal and regulatory responsibilities of its acquisition programs and document acquisition decisions.
