Transportation and Security Administration TSA Contract to provide Organizational Development and Communications Support

- Stratecon has announced that, as a result of a competition conducted by TSA, it has received a contract to provide Organizational Development and Communications Support to the TSA Headquarters, Office of Acquisition.

Stratecon will be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of the Deputy Director, TSA Office of acquisition.  The focus will be on the Operational Divisions, with an emphasis on implementing best practices, process improvements, and the further development of a world class organization. 

Stratecon will assist in developing procurement best practices, organizational development, and providing communications strategy implementation expertise to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization, support workforce development and staffing, support communications strategy execution, and to support other organizational improvement initiatives, such as implementation of Lean Six Sigma recommendations, office metrics and measurements, and management controls.
